We are an independent education and immigration consultancy based in Pakistan, offering guidance for study abroad, admission support, and visa assistance. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website bordernbridges.com and all related services, counselling sessions, and communication channels.

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or submitting any documents, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

“Company” / “Border & Bridges” refers to the education and immigration consultancy firm operating under the brand Border & Bridges, with its principal office in Pakistan.

“Client” / “User” / “You” means any individual or entity using our website, services, or consultancy.

“Services” include, but are not limited to, education counselling, admission strategy, document review, visa application guidance, interview preparation, and related support.

“Authorities” means any educational institution, immigration department, embassy, high commission, or government body responsible for admissions or visa decisions.

Border & Bridges provides professional consultancy in the following areas:

• Education Consultancy: Course/university selection, application strategy, statement of purpose guidance, and admission counselling for Pakistan and international institutions.
• Admission Guidance: Assistance with application forms, deadlines, and communication with academic institutions.
• Visa Assistance: Guidance on visa documentation, preparation for interviews, and compliance with immigration requirements.
• Counselling & Support: Pre-departure briefings, scholarship information, and career pathway planning.

We do not guarantee admission or visa approval; our role is advisory and facilitative.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Submit genuine academic and identity documents. Any falsification will result in immediate termination of services.
• Comply with deadlines set by institutions, visa offices, and our consultants.
• Keep copies of all documents submitted; we are not responsible for lost documents after submission to third parties.
• Use our advice in conjunction with official sources; you remain ultimately responsible for your applications.

Important: Border & Bridges does not and cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution, nor can we guarantee the issuance of a student visa or immigration permit. All decisions regarding admission, scholarships, and visa approvals rest solely with the respective universities, colleges, and government authorities.

Our role is to provide expert advice, enhance your application quality, and guide you through the process. We do not influence decision‑makers and are not liable for any rejection, delay, or change in policy by external bodies.

Our consultancy fees are quoted in advance and are based on the scope of services selected. All fees are payable as per the agreed schedule (e.g., initial consultation fee, service package fee).

• Payment methods: bank transfer, online transfer, or other methods communicated by us.
• Fees are non‑refundable except as expressly outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Any additional third‑party charges (e.g., application fees, visa fees, courier charges) are separate and must be paid directly by the client.
• We reserve the right to modify fees with prior notice. Existing agreements will be honored.

General rule: Consultancy fees are non‑refundable once services have commenced (e.g., after initial counselling session, document review, or submission of an application).

In exceptional circumstances where we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to our own fault, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the incident. No refund will be provided for rejections by universities or visa authorities, as those are beyond our control.

Any refund approved will be processed within 30 business days and may be subject to administrative charges.

You are solely responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of all documents (educational transcripts, passports, financial statements, etc.) submitted to us or to any third party. Border & Bridges may review documents for completeness, but we do not verify authenticity with issuing authorities.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from forged, altered, or misleading documents. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect fraudulent documentation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Border & Bridges, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or visa rejection.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to Border & Bridges for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory.

All content on the Border & Bridges website, including text, graphics, logos, guides, templates, and branding, is the exclusive property of Border & Bridges and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your personal documents and information. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use such information solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and handling of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at bordernbridges.com/privacy-policy. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
